SHIPPING & DELIVERY                                                       

What is the expected delivery time? 

We try our best to provide proofs and products to our customers as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, we will email the proof(s) within 5 business days.

Our turnaround time to ship within Canada is 2-3 weeks. However, if you require your product by a specific date, you can choose on check out to upgrade to an "express service" to your rush order for an additional $15 CAD. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Please note that parcels shipped outside of Canada may take a bit longer than expected. 

NOTE: We provide a free pick up option to residents in Barrie, Ontario and the surrounding area at Serenity Birth Studio and Baby Shop. At checkout, you will have an opportunity to opt out of shipping charges if you choose to pick up instead. 

What is the cost of shipping?  

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 (only valid in Canada). 

Canada Flat Rate: 
Within Ontario: $13
Northern Canada (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut): $20
Rest of Canada: $17

Outside of Canada: 
Cost of shipping depends on the item and number of items you order.Combine shipping costs are calculated at checkout for multiple items order at the same time. 

Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States? 

Yes. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. 

 

RETURNS                                                                            

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to the customized nature of our products. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we will accept returns as long as we are notified by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please review the proof we send to you carefully. We do not take responsibility for mistakes/errors that are approved by you during this process.

What methods of payment do you except?

Upon checkout, you are able to pay with Visa, MasterCard, or Amex. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

Where are you located? 

Sweet Pea Custom Designs is an online store that proudly serves all of North America. We ship out of Barrie, Ontario and offer local pick up at Serenity Birth Studio. 

What is a design proof?      

A design proof is a digital example of what your product will look like. We will email you a proof within 72 hours of your order being placed so you are able to look it over and double check that all of your information is correct and the design looks exactly the way you want it to. We will not proceed any further with your order until we get confirmation that the proof is all correct.    

Are you able to do customized items that are not on your website?

Yes, depending on the item. Please email us at sweetpeacustomdesigns@outlook.com with what you were interested in. Design fees may apply. 

What type of material is art prints made on?  

All of our prints are printed on heavy weight archival (preserve the art for over 100 years), acid free matte canvas texture art paper using high quality pigment inks. This type of paper makes your piece of art stand out from ordinary paper! Both our stretched canvas and framing options come ready to hang with a saw-tooth hanger.
